Your services, service area, contact details and any logo or project photos you already have. We help organise the wording and identify missing material before starting. Genuine project photos should represent your own work.

Essential includes one revision round and Professional includes two. Review your preview and send your changes within the agreed scope. Signature projects follow the revision allowance set out in the agreed project scope.

Yes. Every package includes layouts checked at common phone, tablet and desktop sizes, with readable text and a clear route to the contact form.

You own the approved website and your business content. We can hand over the source code and launch on hosting you control, so you are not tied to S&W. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

Yes. Domain registration, hosting and any agreed third-party services required for launch are included in the package price. The price you approve covers the complete agreed launch.

Yes. You can keep the domain you already own. We agree the hosting setup and required access, then handle the connection as part of the agreed launch.

Analytics setup is included with Professional and Signature. We agree the enquiry events and any consent requirements before launch. Essential tracking can be discussed as an addition.

No. Send any existing branding and we will identify what is missing. If you need a new logo or additional brand work, we agree that scope and any cost separately.

On suitable projects, yes. We can prepare a no-commitment preview so you can see the direction before deciding whether to proceed. Availability depends on the project scope and the material available. Once a build is agreed, you also receive a full preview before final launch.

Yes, and genuine photos of your completed work are encouraged. Send the original files where possible. Any illustrative or generated visuals should not be presented as projects you completed.

We can prepare page titles, descriptions and an indexable site structure as part of the agreed scope. Google decides when to index a site and where it ranks; rankings and traffic are not guaranteed.

Tell us what you need to change regularly before we quote. An editable content system can be scoped where needed; a code handover alone does not include a visual editor.

We can quote for later updates, extra pages or new features. Ongoing maintenance is separate unless your proposal explicitly includes it.
